Is it time?

Five signs your business has outgrown Excel.

If two or more sound familiar, an ERP will pay for itself in time saved and mistakes avoided.

  1. 1

Nobody can tell you the stock level without checking.

Counts live in one file, sales in another, and the two never agree at month end.

  2. 2

Month-end reports take days to prepare.

Someone collects figures from every department and rebuilds the same report by hand.

  3. 3

The same data is typed into three places.

An order is written in a quotation, copied into an invoice and entered again in accounts.

  4. 4

Purchase approvals happen over calls and messages.

There is no record of who approved what, or why a purchase order went out.

  5. 5

Receivables are followed up from memory.

Overdue invoices surface only when cash runs short.

Questions

ERPNext, answered.

Is ERPNext really free?

ERPNext is open-source software released under the GNU GPLv3 licence, so there are no per-user licence fees. You pay for implementation, hosting and support, which is where the work is.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope. After the discovery stage we give you a written timeline with milestones, and payments follow those milestones.

Can you migrate our data from Excel or Tally?

Yes. We migrate masters such as customers, suppliers and items, along with opening balances and stock. Transaction history can be migrated where the source data allows it.

Does ERPNext support Arabic?

Yes. Users can work in Arabic or English, and we design bilingual print formats for invoices, quotations and delivery notes.

Is it ready for ZATCA Phase 2?

ERPNext can be configured for Phase 2 e-invoicing using compliance apps from the ERPNext ecosystem. We set up and test the integration with FATOORA as part of the project. Check your wave and deadline in the notice from ZATCA.

Who owns our data?

You do. It's your database, and you can export it at any time.

What happens when we need changes later?

Small adjustments are part of managed support. Anything larger goes through a change request with a written estimate, so you see the cost and timeline before work starts.

See ERPNext working on your own process.

Tell us how you work today. We'll show only the workflows that matter to you in a 30-minute demo, using a sample company from your industry.

We reply within 24 hours, in Arabic or English.
