Are these prices final?

These are our 2026 launch prices. Your proposal confirms the exact scope and price before anything is signed.

Do you charge per ERPNext user?

No. ERPNext has no per-user licence fees. Package limits describe the size of the service we provide.

Are VAT and GST included?

No. Prices exclude VAT in Saudi Arabia and GST in India, which are added to invoices as required.

Can we move to a bigger plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade as your team or document count grows, and we adjust the next invoice.

Is there a contract lock-in?

Monthly plans run month to month. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year in exchange for the discount.
