ZATCA Phase 2 · e-invoicing

Is your business ready for ZATCA Phase 2?

Phase 2 is rolling out in waves. If your business is in Wave 25, the integration deadline is 1 February 2027.

What Phase 2 requires
Targeted taxpayers must integrate their e-invoicing solution with ZATCA's FATOORA platform, issue e-invoices in the specified format and include additional fields.

Announced by ZATCA on 24 July 2026.
Who is included
Taxpayers whose revenue subject to VAT exceeded SAR 187,500 in 2022, 2023, 2024 or 2025.
Integration deadline
1 February 2027.
Notification
ZATCA notifies targeted taxpayers at least six months before their deadline.
