How Technomind Global collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website, request a demo or contact us.

Who we are
Technomind Global provides ERPNext implementation, Kiework HR & payroll and DocGuard document expiry services to businesses in Saudi Arabia and India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Technomind Global. You can contact us about privacy at any time using the email address at the end of this page.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you:
- Details you give us in our forms: your name, your mobile number and the products you are interested in. We work out your country from the number's country code or the page you used.
- How you found us. If you arrive from an advertisement or a campaign link, we save the campaign details in that link, such as the source, the campaign name and the ad click identifier, with your enquiry so we know which campaigns work.
- Advertising and analytics tags, only if you accept them. See Cookies and advertising tags below.
- WhatsApp and email. When you message us, we receive your number or address and what you send. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange demos and prepare proposals.
- To provide and support the services you buy from us.
- To send you product news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. Every message tells you how to stop them.
- To measure which advertisements and pages bring enquiries, and to improve this website.
We do not sell your personal data.
Why we may use it
We use your details to respond to a request you made, and to provide services under our agreement with your company. We use advertising tags and send marketing messages only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law in Saudi Arabia and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act in India, where they apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Customer records are kept for as long as our agreement lasts, and afterwards for the period the law requires.
How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in a secured database that only authorised members of our team can access.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia or to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and advertising tags
This website saves a few settings in your browser so it works properly: your market (Saudi Arabia or India), how prices are shown, your cookie choice and, for the current visit only, the campaign details of the link you arrived through. These settings do not identify you.
With your consent, we also use advertising and measurement tags from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. They set cookies that tell us which advertisements lead to enquiries and help show our advertisements to relevant businesses. These tags load only after you choose Accept.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
